Served 07:30–10:00 in the kitchen
Continental breakfast is included with every room. Freshly ground coffee, tea, fruit juice, bread with butter and a selection of jams, cereals, fruit, and yoghurts. Homemade English muffins are a regular feature.

The kitchen is set up for breakfast from around 9:00 PM. If you're arriving late and plan to cook that evening, please get in quickly — or consider eating en route.

Just connect — no password needed. The same network covers the whole house and grounds.
Mobile signal can be patchy in the Highlands. EE tends to have the best coverage locally. Turning on WiFi Calling in your phone settings means you can call over WiFi.

All guests are welcome to cook in the main kitchen until 9:00 PM. Everything you'd expect is available — see the Appliances page for details.
Rule: clean as you go. Wash up and leave the kitchen exactly as you found it. Rinse any dishwasher items and leave them by the sink for the hosts to load.

Watch out for red squirrels and birds at the feeder by the kitchen window — especially at breakfast. Multiple guests call it the best part of the morning.

Forest Double & Garden Double — shared shower-room
The Forest Double and Garden Double share a modern shower-room located across the hall. It is shared between these two rooms only — not with the whole house. Both rooms are on the ground floor. The Spacious King Room and King Room with Sofa have private en-suite bathrooms.
