Use Google Maps or what3words rather than the postcode — the postcode covers a large area and will not take you to the right spot.
No public transport
Buses and taxis don't serve this area. A car or bicycle is essential. Newtonmore train station is 4 miles away — the hosts cannot provide transfers. National Cycle Route 7 runs from Newtonmore and gives easy cycling access.
Parking
Parking is at the property. One space per room. No EV charging on site.
Arriving at the house
There are two wide steps up to the main entrance. Ring the doorbell and one of us will come to meet you. We'll show you round the house, including your room, the kitchen, the sun-room, and anything else you need to know.
Coat hooks and shoe storage are at the entrance — feel free to use them.
Check-in
From 4:00 PM. We're here to welcome you in person — no key safes or self-check-in. The standard window is 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
If you need to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know in advance and we'll make arrangements. Up to 10:00 PM is fine with notice; later than that can usually be sorted too — just ask.
Check-out
By 10:00 AM. Just let us know when you're heading off — no formal check-out process. Late check-out may be available if we can accommodate it; please ask in advance.
Security
There is a Nest doorbell camera at the property entrance and a security camera covering the parking area. These are noted on all listings.
