Garden Double

Double bed Shared shower-room Sleeps 2 Ground floor South-facing

A bright double room at the front of the house, facing south over the garden toward the hills. It gets the morning light well — the kind of room where you wake up and it's already worth opening the curtains.

Double bed, a 43-inch TV with streaming, a laptop-friendly workspace, and wired ethernet if you're working and need a reliable connection. The room shares a modern shower-room across the hall with the Forest Double — one other room, not the whole house. Continental breakfast is included and served in the kitchen between 07:30 and 10:00.

Guest sun-room at WEE WiLDS — comfortable seating with views over the surrounding hills

Guest kitchen at WEE WiLDS — AGA cooker, wooden worktops, warm welcoming interior

★★★★★

"Our host was very nice, responsive and helpful. The surrounding area is lovely and a close enough drive for food and amenities. We recommend bringing earplugs as the bathroom and front door noise does come right through the walls to this room. There is no way to lock your room from the outside for security of your things during the day. Overall the house was very nice and suited our needs."
